AS GHOSTS ARE SAID TO DO

“Do one thing everyday that scares you.”

~Eleanor Roosevelt

Ridiculously cold inside; almost other-worldly.

Heavy shadows encompass the entire structure except for a corridor of light that leads to the exit in the rear of the car. The LCD on the back of my camera gives off an eerie green glow which is more than a little unnerving.

I really should have let someone know where I would be this weekend (interesting revelation at the wrong time).

Sitting in the middle of the car, I now wish I were closer to either end.

This is precisely what ghosts are said to do–sit close and whisper dreadful thoughts. I am thoroughly unsettled by this experience.

I’m quite sure Eleanor would be very proud right about now.
