IN THE END

And in the end the words won’t matter,
‘Cause in the end nothing stays the same,
And in the end dreams just scatter and fall like rain…

~Matt Nathanson, All We Are, We Are

Someone, sometime, had a dream in this town.

A dream perhaps of a bustling mainstreet adorned with well-kept shops.  A dream of people moving about with purpose.  A dream of a better life; of happiness and prosperity for all.

But every dream has an end.

And in the end, the words won’t matter.  Cause in the end, nothing stays the same.  And in the end, dreams just scatter and fall like rain.
