Meet Cowboy Jack.
Although I just met him a few minutes before I took this photograph, there’s absolutely no doubt in my mind that he’s a charismatic and imminently likable kid–when Jack’s within 50 yards, you’ll know it. Given his energy level, I’m guessing he’s surviving on a steady diet of thunder and lightning. A quick word of warning: Cowboy Jack has only one speed and comes with no instructions. He’ll tell you to your face that he loves cowboy boots, tools, tractors, and mutton busting but has a long-standing and deep-seated disdain for rabbits. His favorite song is Kenny Roger’s Ruby but he’s not going to sing it for you. What’s more, he makes it clear that if he had his way there would be no night and no one would sleep—ever.
Stopping momentarily for this photo, Jack was on his way to conquer the rest of the rodeo. Personally, I’m thinking he’s going to need to set bigger goals.
